Pixaic
is the creation of Laguna Beach artist Jorge Burtin. It
is a merger of past and present: the ancient mosaic form
presented in a modern, pixelized fashion. Each Pixaic
consists of tens of thousands of tiny, hand-broken
squares of glass.
Jorge has pledged to donate all the profit from his work
to help those in need. The buyer of each Pixaic will
donate to the organization of their choice.
